Concrete Floor Repair

How do I repair hairline cracks in my concrete floor?

Simply mix TRAFFIC FAST™ to a flowable consistency and apply to the properly prepared area.

Is there a durable product that will provide a long term repair for expansion joints?

JOINT GUARD™ is a durable 2-part epoxy that flexes up to 50%, withstanding joint movement that brittle products cannot.

Is there a shallow repair solution that will hold up to heavy traffic?

TREFLITE™ is a feather-edge-ready epoxy mortar that cures to 14,000 psi, providing a lasting repair for a rugged environment.

How can I patch deep potholes (more than 3" deep) in only one hour?

HY-SPEED 500™ is a self-leveling concrete repair that "locks-in" to surrounding concrete without troweling.

How can I patch shallow potholes (less than 3" deep) in only one hour?

Simply mix HY-SPEED 500™ with THINSET™ bonding liquid instead of water and you floor will be traffic ready in one hour.

If I want to coat my floor immediately after patching, which product should I use?

You can start coating your floor while TREFLITE™ epoxy mortar is still tacky!

Is there a product I can use to repair the broken edges of my steps without building tedious formwork?

Simply shape NU-STAIR™ with your trowel to create a long term solution for broken or worn stairs and landings.

It is impossible to shut my cooler down, but I need to make repairs to the floor...what should I do?

Use FREEZITE™ to patch and resurface floors in temperatures down to 20 degrees - indoor or out!

My freezer runs at temperatures below zero. Is it possible to repair my freezer floor without shutting it down?

ARCTIC FREEZITE™ epoxy mortar is durable, abrasion resistant solution to repairing and resurfacing cold temperature floors.

Harsh chemicals have eaten away at my concrete floor...how can I repair the floor and prevent this from happening again?

CHEMPOXY™ chemical resistant epoxy mortar is a durable, abrasion resistant solution to repairing and resurfacing cold temperature floors. Check out NUTRACID™ to provide a seamless "finished" look to your floor after repairing with CHEMPOXY™.

In the area where my two floor slabs meet, one slab is lower than the other. How can I make them equal without mud-jacking from underneath?

TREFLITE™ epoxy mortar can be applied up to 1" high without slumping and is featheredge ready, allowing you to build up the settled slab.

What can I do to prevent water seepage through the wall/floor joints in my shower rooms?

Repair and seal the perimeter of you floor with COVEPOXY™ epoxy mortar.

I applied Tigerstone HD a few months ago on top of the Tigerguard 3SA coating we purchased from you. It seems our routine cleaning products are too harsh and are removing the shine. How can I stop this from happening?

Tigerstone HD does not need to be cleaned with a heavy duty industrial cleaner. Try a neutral cleaner such as TIGERCLEAN 850. Tigerclean 850 contains no dulling residues that can leave a film or haze on your coating and its non-alkaline, neutral pH formula is gentle on your coating but tough on dirt and grime. Simply mop it down or use it in your autoscrubber.
