PAYMENT TERMS
Prepaid Orders: We honor Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. When using a check or money order, please enclose check for full amount of product cost plus shipping cost, with your order. New Jersey companies please include sales tax. C.O.D. shipments not available.
Open Account Ordering: Fifteen- day terms to approved accounts for orders of $10,000 or more annually. Garon Customers: Accounts in good standing are pre-approved. New Customers: If you have a D&B rating of "good" or better and are purchasing over $10,000 annually, your account may be pre-approved. Automatic open account to government agencies and government institutions with good credit standing. First time orders require a hard copy purchase order.
Orders From Outside US: Prices on our website and in our Garon Floor Solutions Catalog are quoted and payable in U.S. dollars. We currently accept only advance payment form foreign customers. The following payment options are available:
- Credit card
- Wire Transfer of Funds - please fax request for wire transfer instructions to Garon Export Sales at 732-223-2002
- Irrevocable Confirmed Letter of Credit drawn on a New York bank.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Garon ships all orders via the most economical mode of delivery. Please refer to the Garon Order form for delivery options. Note: Overnight shipment of orders must be placed before 12 Noon EST.
Freight is prepaid and added to your invoice. If freight is not added to your invoice, you will receive a separate invoice for freight. At your request, we will ship your order freight collect. Prepaid shipments are billed at published rates in current catalog. You are responsible for redelivery and/or storage charges on refused or unsuccessful delivery attempts. Non-commercial shipments subject to additional delivery charges. Special delivery requests available for additional charges (ask your Garon Customer Service Representative).
PRODUCT RETURNS
Items may be returned in original, unused condition, freight prepaid, within 15 days of receipt. We will not accept items returned freight collect or items without prior return authorization. Call 800-631-5380 for a Return Authorization Number. All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom orders, colors, sizes including off-catalog items, HAZMAT materials or ORMD cannot be returned or cancelled.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT CLAIMS
The Garon Customer Care Team can assist you with your damage claims. Do not dispose of damaged merchandize. For fastest handling of any damaged shipment, we suggest the following:
- Visible Damage - DO NOT REFUSE YOUR SHIPMENT. Note damage on Bill of Lading. Call Garon immediately at 800-631-5380.
- Concealed Damage - Call Garon Products IMMEDIATLEY at 800-631-5380 to report damage so a replacement order can be issued.
QUICK SHIPPING
Once your order has been credit approved, in stock orders ship within 24 hours. Back ordered items are usually shipped within 7-10 business days from receipt of your order. Custom cut Garon Treds™ ship within 6-8 weeks from receipt of order. Custom orders ship within 2-3 weeks from receipt of order.
FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BUYERS
Our Floor Counselors can help you with your product requirements, quotes on volume orders, special shipping and marking needs and open account billing. You can place your order by phone, mail, fax, email, on-line, EDI, or via GSA Advantage. We accept government Smart Pay cards for payment.
BLANKET PURCHASE ORDERS
When you place a blanket purchase order, we'll reserve inventory for you so that it's ready to ship at your request. Blanket orders are paid in full upon date of first shipment.
