What is Waterstop™ CP?
Waterstop™ CP is a high-performance, polymer-modified waterproof masonry coating designed to combat moisture intrusion in concrete, brick, block, or stone surfaces. It contains Portland cement-sized aggregates and can be applied by trowel, brush, or dry process shotcrete. This coating is engineered to withstand hydrostatic pressure, making it ideal for both interior and exterior applications. It cures within 12–24 hours at 70°F and is packaged in a pre-measured 5-gallon kit for ease of use.

- Surface Prep
The underground street vent was cleaned using a concrete prep kit to remove dust, efflorescence, and loose material. - Mixing the Product
The pre-measured kit was mixed using 4 quarts of water to 50 lbs of powder, ensuring a smooth, lump-free consistency. - Application
Using a flat trowel and brush, the coating was applied in a single coat at 1/8" thickness. Coverage reached 42 sq. ft. per kit. - Curing
After 24 hours, the underground street vent surface had fully cured into a seamless, waterproof barrier.
